If we were going to make anything of this year we really needed to get some wins from the first 4. 0-3 already and Collingwood are playing a lot better than they were last year. I'd be shocked if we are any better than 2-9 at the half way point. Lose to the Tigers and Port who are both struggling a bit and 0-11 is very real.

Real bad luck with injuries and COVID for that first month with those theoretically winnable games, as it does look like a long season now. Would’ve thought you’d get more from some senior players today though. Maybe the saying about you’re only as good as your bottom six is true, and there’ll be a rally when there’s a semblance of normality back.

I just dont see freo making finals. Not enough quality in that 24-29 year old range. Lack of decent players drafted from 2010-15 hurt us. But thats equalization for you.

Saying that i wished freo drafted a couple of WA inside mids around the 2015-17 drafts.
