Don't think I've really gotten stuck into negative posters but I am pretty positive in general. The big defence for Nicks over the last 12-18 months has been that the club mostly does not deliver performances like that, or to a lesser extent the Hawthorn game. I think you can tolerate a side that is still developing losing a bunch of close ones as long as they are showing up each week, even though Nicks is certainly too conservative in basically all his choices. Two absolute shockers in a row and I think that defence no longer holds. I don't think it's enough to turn around and just 'play the kids' now either, even though that's still the correct choice. Think we should see a coaching change this season.

It's clear at this point he's more Alan Richardson than Damien Hardwick. Hell, he's probably not even as good as Alan Richardson.
