If we are serious about lifting standards on and off the field, we have to put a strike through anyone who can’t impact or halve a 50/50 contest.

We seem to be trailing the entire league regarding contested marking. If you can’t apply some actual pressure, do the fundamentals and put your body on the line 100% of the time, then you don’t play for us.

Fill up the following spaces with 5 players who can’t do this (trust me it’s not hard)
1. Tucker
2. Stephenson
3. Corr
4. Taylor (did a good job on Merrett in the first half)
5. McDonald (took some decent marks at least)

Our defence is going to be f*caked without Ziebell and McKay protecting it.
