He's no dummy mate. I personally enjoy his opinions. Just as I enjoy yours and many others.
Ronnie makes this place interesting. Differing views make this a good place to read and learn.
You would do well to teach Ronnie the value of diversity and differing opinion. His reflex to those who disagree with him is to try pathetically hard to tear them to shreds.

He may make the place interesting. Not necessarily better.

It's all good bro. Don't let anyone annoy you with words.
I'm an expert as I have been bullied and shredded often.
I don't care and still have a laugh with everyone.
Some folk here have said some really nasty things to me and I try to get on with it.
If we were all the same we would be boring.

Why is soy boy still getting air time on here. He's melbournes problem now and it will become a problem

If we don’t learn from the past. We’ll be indelibly doomed to repeat it…..

Soy Boy is needed as a lesson, fable that we tell our kids……

And hope they learn from it.

I am pretty certain that had Grundy still been playing with us he would not be kicking 3 in a half of football complacency had well and truly set in with him. Now although it was messy the way he left and has given him a focal point to hate and maybe a kick up the ass to take his game back close to where it once was with us.

I am absolutely certain we did the right moving him on better for him and us, his last 3 seasons were horrendous for us and I think the rest of his career with us was heading the same way. With a clean break and something to spur him on he has a chance to regroup and get back to some good football which he would never have done with us.

I think if Wright and the coaching staff had wanted him he would still be here now and probably going through the motions,he played 6 or 7 times under MaCrae and the only time he looked handy was when Draper jumped into his leg but if Cox and Cameron had not gone so well he would still be here and we would be lamenting the player he had become. Win win all around for me.

Hey bro. Do you still keep in contact with your ex VFA teammates?
You guys won a few premierships together.
Around a decade of success.
Presty boys 👍
I'm impressed.
I'd still be celebrating 🍾

Richard, you are a truly wise man. I always wait with anticipation for your afl guidance
I'd prefer you gave us your guidance about Football instead of just trying to ridicule others. not sure why Ronnie pisses you off but at least he talks about football, what's wrong with that?, or are you here for the politics. The season starts soon, let's get some of your expert opinion on football, you are allowed to do that Here

Well we were 3-3, and then managed to win 13 of the next 16 games.

Thankfully we had a few good men take his place and help us finish in the top 4.

The rest is history and so is Soy Boy.

Why are you obsessed with insulting him (and others)? It is concerning

The **** he talks about football. He’s mentioned soy milk more than anything footy related

Next time you get sacked, despite being a loyal, dedicated and reliable worker …… we’ll tell you it is better for everyone concerned. Or when a contractor tries to stiff you.

Let’s get one thing straight. Soy Boy is just as open to any derision as any other player who isn’t part of our team. If you don’t like it. Don’t read it. I’d suggest not reading the Henry thread either then. But that’s not me supplying the commentary in there. Others are having a good crack.

You mistake your inability to see what was actually happening. And when your belief structures about Soy Boy were tested and disproved. You spat the dummy and began your little hissy fits. In the end what’s got your goat is the fact you backed the wrong horse and it got flogged.

So next time you take umbrage to something I post. Maybe do your own thinking first. And do it carefully. Before you go half cocked. You might surprise yourself what becomes visible to you. I was exactly right about what would happen with Soy Boy. And I’ve explained the Reference to his name already.

Now all that is left is to enjoy his output at the Dreamons. I’m so looking forward to it.

Not for the last 3 seasons has he been a reliable player or would you debate that,Pendles who has been on the same sort of money but he has earned his money but Grundy has been no where near it and that cannot be denied. As for the nonsense about a contractor trying to stiff you well in this instance Grundy is the contractor and on his form of the last 3 seasons he has been stiffing his employer namely Collingwood FC.

If he had decided to accept less in relation to his contract to his output he still may have been here which he seems to have done to join the Demons, but I still think he would have been moved on which I think is better for him and us not that I am worried about anything he does he plays for someone else and I no longer worried him or how he is going.

Not sure how this is relevant, because Grundy was not sacked. He was traded to another team and still has his job and is getting paid.

It’s patently absurd to insist Grundy’s absence was the reason for our improvement. I could counter, with the equally coincidental but still absurd proposition , that Murphy single-handedly was responsible for the improvement.

You just don’t seem to get it. What was actually shown was that we didn’t need a $1Mil Ruckman to make the top 4. And that our cap would be better spent getting pieces that would actually improve our depth than to have it under a non team productive and a non co-operative individual. Had he not gotten injured he may well still be on our list….let’s be grateful for small mercies.

With his absence we were able to repurpose a forward/ruck that was on the chopping block(Big Cox) into potentially our No.1 Ruckman. And by forcing the two big boys to work in tandem and not as bit part Ruckman, we were able to forge a ruck combination that undoubtedly replaced Soy Boy and added some much needed marking strength around the ground and especially in our defensive lines as support.

And seeing as you bring up Murphy. Yes he was and integral part of why we catapulted ourselves into the finals and then secured a top 4 spot. He was the other key, that solidified our defensive unit and allowed us to arrest the defensive lapses that haunted our earlier games. It wasn’t always perfect. But boy oh boy was Murphy’s courage well needed and appreciated by his teammates.

Let’s look forward 6 months now with Soy Boy’s millstone contract gone, we’ve been able to bring in a genuine KPF McStay and another small forward Hill. And a 30+ possession former Brownlow midfielder Mitchell, to add some more strings to our bow. Genuine best 22…..

So I thank Soy Boy…..the sacrifice the was made, has made us better and also given him a chance to show his wares at the Dreamons. Win-Win.

Na you are correct, I need to take his lead. Ridiculing anyone with a differing view and focussing on soy milk.

But seriously I agree, focus on Pies related views should be the focus, minimising ridicule and focus on afl.

FYI... I have no expert view, I’m as dumb as you come Pies supporter... I just want success for my beloved Pies... as we all do here

Can't recall any other poster being as obsessed and as negative on any single player.
Go to the Henry thread. Poor WHE cops it daily on many threads.
Easier to scroll past if you don't like it.
I often do this when WHE is getting shite posts. I must be in the minority. Happy fly likes him.

If we go backwards this year you’ll just find someone else to blame.
