Guess I have someone to boo Saturday night. A flog of the highest order. I have all of my teeth and far more functioning brain cells than this flog.

Can rozee or who ever is getting interviewed say "Rachelle needs to watch him self Saturday night or he will have no teeth"

Then actually back it up and go straight to him at the bounce and make him earn every touch.

The sad thing about this is everybody is tipping an upset..

Thats how badly we are thought of in showdowns.. I remember when we would almost always be favorites. And when we were the better side we just went out an won, we would go in confident and just belt them now we almost go in scared, too scared to make a mistake or lose.

Thats all on hinkley.

If he loses, for a 4th time in a row, it should be the end of him at the end of the year, because it will be embarrassing to have them slag us off before game and then still beat us.

Very much so, Kane and Kingy both said this is a high pressure, very important game for Port Adelaide, then Kane goes on to tip the Crows, quite obviously for no other reason than its common knowledge we just can't get it done when the pressures on.

It's the single most glaring issue Kens squads have had all along.

In no universe should we be losing to 15th when a top 4 berth is on the line, with basically a full squad.

Time will tell, I actually think we get up, which sets us up for a good finals run.

But this tells you all you need to know about Kane.

PROVERB: Speak softly and carry a big stick - you will go far.

Why be dragged down to their level, let our actions on the field do our talking

i hope they rest geroge next week, grade one quads are usually 3-4, surely its to much of a risk playing him 2 weeks later
Depends what we are playing for in the last round, but yes, the pre-final bye will help us.

Nicks knows our game plan so well, the new additions to our forward line can mix it up enough for the Crows to re-think it.
Where's Jed, where's Jed, who's on Jed: I expect we will win it.

Kornes: "It's a critical game for Port Adelaide to consolidate a Top 4 spot and secure a double chance, therefore I'm tipping the 15th placed Crows to extend their recent Showdown dominance and get it done over the 2nd placed Power wearing the prison bars at home in front of the Port faithful."

Also Kornes: "WhErE aRe AlL tHe HiNkLeY hAtErZ nOw!!!!"

Just an other PSA to unfollow Kane Cornes on every social media platform, block Kane Cornes on every media platform, on twitter, add "Kane Cornes" to your muted words.

It's the only way to get him to stop doing this.

Ignoring the fact it's a showdown, where form/ladder position has never really mattered - the crows are far better than their 15th position shows.

If you look at the data and stats, the Crows profile is much better than their position has them, particularly over the last 5-6 weeks. They also have quite a few players ranked in the top 15 over the same period, Keays, Thilthorpe and two others from memory.

The crows have had our number in recent times, and their style of play is our kryptonite. Especially as they are playing with freedom and no expectation - plus the added edge of being able to ruin our top 2 hopes.

This will be a great test coming into finals though, particularly from a maturity point of view. They have nothing to lose and will try every trick in the book to make us lose focus on the game - we just need to ignore the noise and theatrics and focus on winning the game. No silly stuff, no silly suspensions etc etc.

Yeah outside of getting spanked by Hawthorn who have surprised a lot of teams this year, the Crows form has been pretty good.

Since their last bye in Round 15 they've beaten GWS, lost to Bris at Gabba by 11, beaten Saints, Essendon away, lost to Cats by less than a kick at Geelong and pumped the Bulldogs.

Their form is actually pretty good.

Nothing but a sacking sets us up for a good finals run.

The Crows believe they are better than 15th and have done for a number of year's.

They're 15th.

Sometimes you over think it.

Grant all of that, and they do match up well against us.....but the reality is they are 15th and we are 2nd, we have so much more to play for than them, and more than match them talent wise on field.

We should be winning this and lifting our finals credentials.

The Crows will show up mentally prepared and they'll work hard. Their issue is that their list is super low on talent. If we match their intensity we'll flog them. But matching intensity in a big game is Hinkley's biggest weakness.
Their forward line is stacked with high draft picks. Picks 2, 3, 6, 12 & 8 if Curtin plays forward again.
Interesting to see how well it functions without Tex
