The biggest problem with dropping anyone is that there's virtually nobody to bring back in. Wright, Crouch, Hendo.. after that the list is nothing but cloggers who are clearly worse than the players they'd be replacing.

Porps would be in the gun for sure. Petrenko probably should be as well, but will probably be saved by his last gasp heroics.

Graham vs Jacobs is a very tough decision to make.

Riley for vB

Dylan Orval for Reilly. Seriously. All North Melbourne had to do to win was put the ball within 50m of Reilly in the last 5 minutes.

Unrealistic to expect VB to be out. I thought Porps came on and contributed alright, be interesting to see how he'd go given a full game. People on here have such a bias against Reilly that any mistake that he makes is magnified much further than other players mistakes. Not saying that Reilly played particularly well, and that kick out to Wells was a shocker, but Dangerfield butchered the ball in that last quarter, as did numerous players. Reilly won't be out. As Vader said, Pets should be in danger, but that last goal may have saved him

Out:
Jacobs (Sadly)

In:
Henderson or Crouch (Both if Pets is out)

Also, inb4 CrowCro says Martin should be in

I really can't see Jacobs getting dropped. I've heard (but not seen) than Graham's form has been less than impressive in the SANFL, and hopefully the subbing will be the boot up the arse that Jacobs needs.

How did Wright, Crouch & Hendo go in the SANFL? I can see Crouch coming in, but it certainly won't be for Lyons or Kerridge. Perhaps Porpous or Reilly for Crouch? That will be it I reckon.

i dont think Porps did enough to retain his spot. i expect him to go out this week and possibly Crouch to come in. although statistically he probably didnt really do enough for westies.

i think if we're rewarding form then Martin or Jeansch should be in. they've both been pretty good i think for Sturt and are a bit forgotten really.

oh and i'm not that keen on our choices lately for the rested emergency.

Last week it was Henderson when he was coming back from a 2 or 3 week spell. He needed to play.
And this week it was Wright who needed to play for North today regain some form.

How are they supposed to find form not playing?

Even if they are the 23rd player picked we have to leave them out to play SANFL and use someone else for that spot.

Radar is struggling, but I wouldn't drop him. He's still a mainstay for mine in the squad. We need his experience in the backline for the likes of Brown and Laird playing back there.

Sauce... he was horrendous. Maybe it is time for Gus to get a go. But then again, Sauce could rip Zac Clarke to shreds if he wanted to.

VB... he's the captain. Won't be dropped. Shouldn't be captain next season though.

Out: Jacobs, Brown
In: Graham, Martin

Crouch should earn his spot rather than be gifted it. Brown a bit unlucky but we need more running power and Martin is in good form now.

Drop Brown... Mst be joking!!! Exceptional small defender. Excellent second half today and superb last week on Milne.

Just think he does a good negating role but for us to be a chance these next few weeks we need more run. Also believe Laird tackles better so in a tight contest will stand up better, as illustrated with that woeful effort to let Thomas duck under him and kick that goal in the 3rd qtr. He's coming along nicely no doubt and wouldn't mind if he stays in.

Brodie Martin would be close to next up

as for who goes out...

Porplyzia needs a full game at Westies

VB into Riellys role
Rielly sub

VB, Reilly and Brown not going anywhere except in delusional minds. Porps shoud stay as specialist sub. He gives us a fair bit there but would be blown away by the early pace of the games these days. The big one will be Graham or Jacobs. Hard call that. Jacobs has certainly been given his chances.

If Crouch were to come in I don't know who it would be for. Maybe one more game with Wests so that can be worked out.

I woud say give Graham a go to show what he has got and reward the rest for the impossilbe win!

Like Kerridge and Lyons??

We have list cloggers in our side in senior positions, how about giving guys like Martin a go to prove he isn't one??
