Geez could you imagine dropping Lienert and Farrell, going back to guys who can't run or kick over a jam tim and basically waiting for our first week exit from the finals.
That would be the worst.

Farrell looked like he struggled out there but Lienert at his age looks like he'd do fine in a finals situation.Geez could you imagine dropping Lienert and Farrell, going back to guys who can't run or kick over a jam tim and basically waiting for our first week exit from the finals.

In Farrell's defence, it's pretty hard to set the world on fire from HFF or FP.
But it'll probably be his defensive skills that will need to be sharp this week.
In 3 degrees, as a small forward, in the rain...
Good assessment! Fortunately, a lot of our inexperienced players are in our backline, which is currently the stingiest in the AFL. Very much looking forward to this...So from the last time we played from a quick scan the changes are:
Port
IN: Pittard, Farrell, Lienert
OUT: Howard, Neade, S Gray
Crows
IN: Keith, Milera, Smith, Murphy, Sloane, Knight
OUT: Douglas, Seedsman, Kelly, McGovern, Otten, Poholke
The Crows have a couple big ins with Sloane, Smith and Milera, but have arguably lost just as much with Douglas, McGov and Seedsman. Especially if you consider Sloanes recent form, which just looks like he is playing with a bad injury.
Port on the other hand look pretty even. We're definitely more inexperienced, and will lose some forward line pressure, but we don't appear to have lost too much.
Scenes set for a ripper.
