yeah im not really sure. admittedly havent really thought too deeply into how it would work cause im a hawks fan. heard it from my best mate at work who went to churchlands in the year below powelly. he's been back in WA recently, talking about how tough its been with his baby (which apparently they werent even expecting haha).
Yeah havent heard of it but makes sense. I did find it strange when our list team said they are waiting on a couple of players to make a decision.

Noble and Rioli coming in. (Not that he would be the one to lose his place) but they have depth in that area.

We have a lot of room in the salary cap and we could pay him more then the Suns and if TB is out and we get a Future first from you. Suns could do with those points next year.

I’m sure if is manager reaches out to our list manager, we could get a deal done and he would fill his pockets a little and get home.

Now you’ve got my hopes up.

Its not a dodge, its a legitimate question. Put prime Matera in the side now - are we winning significantly more games with the rest of the cattle that we have? Probably not.

My opinion is that Travaglia will be a good player, but he isnt what we need right now. Not at pick 3 at least.

We need an elite half back / wing.

That's what he looks like.

He may even transition to an on baller. He played a game or two on ball late in the U18s and did very well. He didn't get that opportunity at the champs as there were so many established mids selected.

What pick was Whitfield taken?

As an NBA fan I've learned that a hugely important quality for those involved in a sport is a person has "that dog in em".

West Coast seemed to have a clear lack of internal dawg, but with Harley Reid, Don Pyke and now the return of Woosh, we got a whole pack up in this mfer.

Article suggests pick 14 and the Hawks F2 or current 2nd could unlock the Barrass deal

I’d hope we stand firm and demand two firsts with a pick going back to Hawthorn.

33 would be better wouldn’t it then future 2?

Points will be at a premium next year with all the Academy and Father Son picks expected to go in the first round. Our F2 and their F2 could likely get us pretty high in the draft next year as teams will be after points.

If Freo’s negotiations with Richmond fall through (unlikely but one can dream), is it worth us forgoing the chance to land Warner and seeing what our FF gets from freos hand this year?

Warners a gun, but he’s more of a cream on the crop trade (Neal to Brisbane).

The thought of dealing with the degenerates over the bridge makes me want to shower but, is this the draft do it?

Now to trade for Mitch Edwards to reach peak canine.
