Others have posted similarly. Who took care of JHF the last few times we beat them (did he miss a game)?
From memory, Keays ran with him once ...?

They have Butters and Rozee as well, not just the one threat, and we've done them collectively, too.
Like any team, they fold eventually under relentless pressure which the Crows applied intensely last week against the Dogs.
If we bring that pressure again they won't be able to stop our forwards and we should win again.
It depends which team turns up tonight. The Richmond/Hawthorn one or the Dogs one.

I hold a slim lead in a tipping comp for a good stash of cash. Sensible thing to do is tip favourites. Head over heart. I can deal with giving up the lead if it means we beat them.
I'm leading 1 comp & 2nd in another... & have picked us.

Here's my prediction

Murphy is sub and not subbed on until the end of the 3rd quarter = we win
Murphy is sub and subbed on early, or Murphy is not the sub = we lose
Maybe it would be good for your health to spend a moment or two trying not to think about Murphy?

Weird that we've decided to sledge in the lead up and fire up the power and their fans. Likely to backfire imo
Its really a strange approach with the sledge by Rachele, maybe I have forgotten, but I cant recall the last time recently a player of ours has fired up the Power/supporters before a game.

This is Nicks GF, this game to me would be an absolute indicator of how we would go into a Finals match under Nicks.

He also knows that it will add to his resume to roll a Top 4 team.

This is a good assessment I feel

And with a few changes of the old guard maybe the expectation pressure has eased

Really looking forward to this one

Their players reading BF Crows forum on the rub down tables before the game?

True but JHF has stepped the last few weeks to show he is now Powers best player (similar to Rankine showing the same before his hammy). Has been dominating games and his 25ish possessions and 1-2 goals per week make him pretty unstoppable. Like Danger and Buckley. We need one…

Cant explain as a supporter never confident about my teams winning especially Showdowns, but all week I have been very confident about this game.
Cannot explain why .
I've felt same --- have a gut feeling we will win again.
Well guess seeing last week ROB actually tap the ball directly to one of our players . ( yes he took some marks too )
I could hardly believe it myself! He tapped the ball down our blokes' throats for several distinct advantages  .
I LOVED it :hearteyes::hearteyes:.
Finally got [near] our best selection with Thillthorpe and Curtin adding marking strength leading and upfront .
Crouch was a positive addition too; he played well.
No McHenry. --- even dreamt Murphy sub and in same dream seeing Butters And JHF caught holding the ball numerous times.
You dreamed about the Showdown??
That's some fanatical support!

Kane McGoodwin is also probably cooking up a storm for the Showdown.

What meal are you preparing tonight Kane?
Salivating Homer Simpson GIF

I thought that might be it, cheers, good luck!
Those in the pack behind you will be tipping the Crows to catch up...?
Quite possibly, not so far though. Everyone on the favourites in the first 3.

I've been tossing up all day. Explained the predicament to my wife earlier, head v heart, if I pick us and we win it'll almost seal it with one week left. Didn't get much back other than an "I don't know and/or really care" shrug.

They are such a support in our most trying times😜

Great stuff mate, enjoy. Should be a treat. If it’s not too rude, do you mind if I ask what the climb costs are? Was looking at taking teen kids next year (did SYD bridge climb at sunset last year and totally awesome - and life’s all about experiences after all - but pretty pricey around $450 ish from memory)

Hey mate, looks like on game days it is $199, and you get to watch one 1/4 from up top.

I’m only doing it as mate has tickets that are expiring soon.
