Is it just me or does Buddy look unfit and like he has lost a yard of pace? Can't seem to create separation from the defender in the last few games and is getting killed in the one on ones.

Two good wins with no impact at all from Buddy.

I really think the two goalless games by Buddy is an absolute blessing for us. Both on field he is not the be all and it will really test his nerve off field, he is a proud man and wants to dominate and contribute. I wonder how he feels seeing everyone else signing up and the work being done to drag us over the line in the tight ones.

Hawks are really struggling with basic skills errors the last two weeks. Too many fumbles, too many missed targets, missed tackles. Good to see them still getting it done.

Clarko, kill the high ball. We should be kicking flat balls to our forwards advantage although they will still probably spill them.

Sorry, not you specifically. People barrack and express emotions in those gameday threads. They aren't rational; just like barracking at a game. Post game, I don't like people calling out the 'supprtere's performance' that's all.

Yes indeed, and I've also noticed that he seems unable to pick the ball up off the deck with one touch in the way he used to before doing his hammy last year. Weather the two are related is cause for conjecture.

In any event he looks tentative and his former explosiveness just isn't there. The less said about his marking the better, and he's still giving away stupid free kicks - though it must be said he does cop about the harshest treatment from the umps of anyone in the AFL.

I'm not sure if its confidence, form or injury related but right now he's more out of sorts than I've ever seen him.

Didn't see any of the game AFL app was unwatchable today and gave up. Relied on radio (awful, think only Crows were playing) and Big Footy game day thread (ridiculous crap by most - embarrassing).

4th win in 22 years v Crows @ AAMI! People be happy! Think we fell over the line in 2008 when Hodgey snapped one late in the game to win. That turned out alright...

Franko is a worry though. MMM gave him the 3 votes. You know which ones! Tredrea says "being easily put off his game too busy trying to wrestle everyone."
