Drop off points in this draft?

With all the talk of a strong top 30 or even 40 in this draft I've been trying to understand where the step changes are in the draft.

I.e. is there something like this
1-3 clear elite
4-8 elite
9-15 very good
16-20 good
21-30 speculative

Anyone with more knowledge able to shed some light?

From my pov, I haven't heard anyone else's so it's probably unique?

1-15 very good
16-40 good
40+ speculative

Some really good players will be had after the top 25 but the misses will hurt. This is the type of draft I'd like a block of picks, say 3 or 4 in a short space of time.

This is also shaping as the prototype year for a 're-drafting' thread

Pretty harsh on Levi? Not sure he is that far off any previous draft elite players is he? Kid just keeps steeping up and seems to have better numbers than his bro at this point?
