I am just loving the fact that the rivalry between Carlton and Richmond is back and will be stronger than ever over the next few years as we both have young sides on their way up.
I hate you ferrells but over the last 25 years 1 or both of our sides have been at the wrong end of the table each year so there is never really a blockbuster game between us, UNTIL NEXT THURSDAY!!!
BTW...I got my tickets last Tuesday on the 2nd level

Phew!!
Relieved managed to upgrade and get some decent seats on Ticketek today row F Southern stand I think that's 6 rows from the front. If you keep trying you can get good seats just don't accept whatever Ticketek throws at you. Looking forward to this game.

Southern stand level 3 Q7 I usually sit in that area behind the goals. Purchased around midday today. Just keep trying I rejected a couple of rows like JJ went back and re tried several times till I got a decent row. go Tiges !!!

I think Richmond and Carlton always split it 50/50, regardless of whose home game it is.
Allot of the bigger clubs do this now.

Oh yes, it appears you can, as I have just reserved seats in the Olympic stand.
Small issue though, I couldnt get the tickets mailed to me because I booked inside of seven days of the event taking place, which is fine I can just pick them up from a city box office, except that requires one to collect the tickets the day before the event. I wont be arriving until after close of business on the Wednesday from Tassie, will I be able to collect the tickets from the MCG? It says I can collect from the venue one hour before-hand, where applicable, im assuming that the MCG is an applicable venue?

Upgraded my ticket today.. was after just two tickets. Nothing in the Olympic and only managed to get seats in row DD in the Southern.
Looking like soon only tickets left will be ones for the Ponsford. Hopefully MCC members will turn out on the day.

WRT to beer it depends where you sit mate, in general admission I think youll only get middies.
