A consecutive disappearing finals act from Rozee and Butters is actually very disappointing

Neither are built for finals.

Few things

Midfield getting well beaten but there’s a few glaring issues that are obvious and always going to be problems.

For starters

- “we can replace Houston” a claim I’ve seen by too many port supporters.

No we ****ing can’t. That doesn’t mean we don’t do a deal, sometimes you make the best of the shit sandwich you’re given, but any fan claiming we can replace him is off their rocker.

- people been getting carried away with sweet. He’s a mediocre ruck who’s had a good ish stretch that anyone would be happy to get from a mediocre ruck.

Anyway thinking we can roll into next year with just sweet and vis I hope you’re watching this. Vis would want to have the off-season of all off seasons lol.

- our ability to find a leading target across half forward has completely vanished since Todd went out. And all the people celebrating esava going forward as the champion Todd never was, **** me, did those guys go early.

Our kf line of Mitch Dixon and rat is absolute dogshit. Only way we win games with that forward line is a midfield going super nova, and that’s not sustainable.

Butters has the third lowest time on ground for both teams - clearly mustn’t be 100%. JHF too seems to be spending more time on the bench than I’d expect with the game slipping away like this.

Geelongs best clearance mids didn't play in that game.
