I remember Billy saying how he had been in the "Mark of the Day" more times than anyone in history. He then said, with a cheeky grin, that in the vast majority of those cases Ablett was standing on top of his shoulders.

It is amazing to watch Ablett and then realize that he was not as tall as Jimmy Bartel. What a leap!!!

Look at the first seconds...check out the right hand side in the first ten seconds for the first glimpses of Varcoe's running...his run actually started from half forward....then look for him from then on....one of the great goals!!

Varcoe haters can suit themselves,

A Hawthorn supporter near me taunted Cameron Ling when he missed an easy goal. I said "look at the scoreboard champ!".

The world as we know it almost ended due to the meltdown that followed.

I would appreciate it if someone up loaded Menzel's mark and goal from yesterdays game to YOUTUBE. Another great contested one handed mark from our youngsters. There is something very SJish about this kid.
