Didn't think he was too bad last week be honest. Would need to go back and rewatch though. Still looks our most damaging player to deliver into the 50 by a long way imo and stats certainly back that up for the entire league thus far. The defensive side of his game has always been a weakness, unlikely that changes at this point in his career. He was labouring last week too.
Don't think even the most optimistic fan would have expected this ...Good

Why the hell would they want to do that for mcasey??.. they will also have pick 1 in the PSD.. they’ll offer us a third rounder or threaten to walk him through to the PSD... and Purple will say over and over again in the media that thats all his worth.. while squealing “hately, hately, hately”..If they get pick 1 and 2, I think they’d be prepared to trade pick 2.
I would do McAsey and our first for pick 2, so long as that guaranteed us the Horne dog.

if mcasey wants to go to north.. then we will get nothing for him.. but I seriously doubt he’ll want to go play for a sh*t side after last year!..
But if he wants to go anywhere else.. we might be able to scrounge something like a round 2 for him because there will be no PSD threat because he wont get past norths pick..
People talk about Ned and his lack of footy IQ, the thing is he's pretty much always moving to the right spots at the fall of the ball.
Disposal and stupid free kicks are his biggest falling. Confident enough the disposal will improve to an acceptable level. The agro needs to stop.

Good: it look 17 rounds to chalk up 3 win a last season. This season we've reached that feat in 4 rounds!
And has a left sideReplace Frampton with Fog. Frampton tries hard but he's just not good enough. Thilthorpe can take Lynch's role.
Might explain Shanos slow start. Good to see the young lads grind it out and play through a bit banged up
He absolutely should have had 4, and he wasnt very far off 5- another metre on the kick.
People absolutely miss the point with this kid. He can impact now as he learns the AFL game if he's used right. He's a player who can be a legitimate threat in parts of the ground where a lot of defences will willingly give up the ball. You can't push him to the boundaries, he'll score from there. The other parts of his game will develop with experience- he needs to learn to use his size against AFL bodies.
There is absolutely no benefit to playing him in our SANFL team- he won't learn a damn thing. The players aren't good enough to use a player with his skill set, and he won't learn a thing about using his body against players without AFL strength.
Old Crows would have lost that game. No doubt about it.
