This is bullshit, Buddys wasnt even close to the severity of Maxwells, yet we get our backsides used as a blow up doll for the whole AFL to take a turn at!

Denton - the hawks QC - argued that there was a mistrial at the tribunal becuase the AFL the laws of the game were not changed and that buddy committed a new offence

This is what's wrong with what the AFL is becoming.
The result will be determined by who 'debates' better even though they are debating a topic that really only has one 'common sense' answer.

I think it could go to the courts too. Hawthorn have clearly set out a defence that questions the legitimacy of the rule, or more accurately, the enforcement of it.
