Gavin has been going down in form over the last few weeks and that is to be expected after all he was playing ressies of the ressie side last season.

Irrespective RB, if he cares to back up his 'CANNING' of Shagga, like if not dropping Hansen isn't a slap in the face, Shagga was the lesser performer today. Actually, only Simmo had a less effective day re: efficiency wise, which tells you two things, if you don't run hard, all game, you can make your teammates look really bad as the case was with Simmo lacking support.
The other thing is team structure which JYD has worked the team very well without JWS & H for much of the season and guys like Hansen, CJ & McMahon are clearly part of our established BEST 22 and the mongrel poster you are somewhat protecting wants to dump 3 of the settled 22.

To suggest in dropping McMahon is stupid, had a great firat quarter we had the ball but got starved after that.

He had his best quarter ever IMO in the 1st, but he barely got a kick after that. It wasnt that he was starved. He could have gone and got it... I think he'll be lucky to stay in for someone like Edwards, who is much more of a threat.

Yes, I watched today's game. Hale was a gun. Has been for weeks. Makes the Thommo selection decision more difficult, but that does not make Thommo a substandard player, which you continue to posit. This should be obvious to all but the slowest of supporters.
