If it’s the same as the nga process I think once it gets to a certain part of the draft maybe past pick 60~ We can automatically list him.

No, not at all true. It’s just that after a season with Sam our players love his style and have realised how full on and intense Clarko was and would not want to rush back to play under him unless it was a last resort to extend their career.

Agree. Though technically if we lose Gunston as free agent he does cost that compo pick (which he’d be worth, but not free).

Yeah true, that would have only likely been a 3rd rounder I'd say so a pick around 40- 50.

Hopefully Gunston does stay on a 2 year deal.

This year Moore, Ward, Morrison, Howe, Bramble, Phillips and Shiels have all had stints there and we have Downie and Saunders at BHH who could play there too.

Surley one or more of Howe, Phillips and Shiels will be cut, given their age and lack of games this year?

This would become even more evident later in The Accused (1988) and Silence of the Lambs (1991) though by this stage it was peak Madonna with pre Madonna a distant memory.

Whereas she made her tv acting debut at the age of 5 in 1968 in a sitcom though by now she was technically ‘simultaneous Madonna’ rather than pre (Lady) Madonna.

No wonder she was considered a child prodigy. Though she has no known link to the band Prodigy. To even try to draw one would be absurd and completely irrelevant to this thread.

Mitchell doesn’t seem at all high on Howe and I think his selection against the Doggies was a curtain call. Howe has more to offer so I’d expect him to find a home has a UFA.

Same with Shiels’ curtain call the week before at the MCG. He would either retire or join Norf with Clarko I’d guess.

I think even Phillips would have his papers stamped - he was playing consistently decent footy at Box Hill at the end of the year and couldn’t get a senior game despite the injury list.

With Amon back and now with Bramble, Day and CJ capable of some wing time and Wingard and Moore being more useful in the midfield than forward line - I wouldn’t be shocked to see all 3 elsewhere next year.
