An update every 4-6 weeks on how the players are tracking would be nice
With such a young list, I’d prefer it to compared to injury update segment we do.

Especially with all those sooking about goad - they could go through the thought process
There’s so many so called whipping boys which would benefit from having someone at the club talk in-depth about their individual progress, rather then just we’re happy where they’re at.
Would be nice, and we’re probably the one club where fans would get behind it.
I don't know if all of the praise goes to Barlow but think about the development year that we've had.
Xerri went from a mediocre ruck to the best in the comp.
Sheezel elevated to a top 10 player.
Powell went from fighting for a spot to a lock.
Comben has had a great year when many had him written off.
Archer was in the hot seat for delisting and now he's a gun defender.
Wardlaw took a leap before his concussions.
Paul Curtis has had a big year as a goal threat and a tackler.
I feel like matching the development success next year would be like McKercher and someone random like Eddie Ford being AA level, Brayden George coming back and kicking 30 goals, Hardeman and Duursma being a best 22 locks.
