Except that Evans was good in the SANFL. and every semi-regular AFL player on our list can go back and rack up touches.

What actually happened is people made a judgement on a player without watching him play. Same as usual

The comments on this site were generally negative about his sanfl form. He's obviously got some nice afl attributes and had a great start to his afl career. If he wasn't on the sanfl rookie program I assume he wouldn't have been selected in the mid season draft. Makes you wonder how many players are overlooked.

Watch his game away at Glenelg and then watch his game vs Richmond and it’s 2 completely different performances. He should have been dropped to Norwoods reserves after that.

Yeah his first game of the season sucked. After that he outperformed all of our other developing players
Thought he must've already had one, with all the hype about him.
He hasnt been kicking straight. Up until last week he had 7 goals, 19 behinds for the season.

robbery at its finest

12 disposals, 203m gained, 1 clearance, 2 tackles.

Kicked a few goals in a team that dominated (69 inside 50s to 37)

Breathtaking.
