As JFK said when laying out his agenda, all this will not be finished in the first 100 days, nor will it be finished in the first 1000 days, nor in the life of this Administration, nor even perhaps in our lifetime on this planet. But let us begin.And this is what people don't understand about Warren's current demeanour. It's vital that he plays a straight bat at this point. He needs to win the trust of people at the club, he needs to show them that he's there for the right reasons (ie wanting to help the club be successful). By doing this he will hopefully be in a much stronger position to push for change when those discussions do come up towards the end of the season.
JFK's agenda was a tad bigger than Warren's. But it had to start and Warren's has to stay the course and be prepared to play the long game. It feels like its been a lifetime with no change, but Warren has began and it wont take a lifetime.
As ash_78's Sun Tzu quote in his old signature said;
Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat.
Some people on here out of pure frustration just want noise. Noise wont get the job done.
