I think the 1st contact we had with Bryce was when he and some of the Adelaide players including Tex were holidaying in Byron Bay at season's end where he made known his interest in moving back to Adelaide over a coffee.

Yarran was chased by an opposition club midway through his contract. He had significant off-field problems but said club certainly thought he was a manageable risk/very high reward proposition. McGovern is a lower risk but substantially lower reward. Value is roughly the same in my view.

If we can’t find any takers, we offer you a combination of our state player and our second rounders.
