The idea that Collingwood are some unstoppable juggernaut and that no other team has a chance of winning the premiership this year has to be one of the most BS narratives ever.
Insane game by Sicily. 35 touches and 18 marks so far.

Hawthorn clearly have a great coaching team. They have a very weak list
It’s not over yet - we can still do damage -but I couldn’t give a toss bag. It’s good to share the flag around. As long as it’s not Richmond or Carlton-I’m happy for anyone to win it!The recent flurry of losses for flag favourites (Brisbane losing to GC, Port losing 3 in a row, Collingwood losing to Carlton+Hawthorn) make me feel like this year has been a wasted opportunity for us. Sure, we had injuries in the first few months, but if we'd been hungry enough to finish 4th-6th and built up momentum leading into September, we could have had a red-hot crack at the flag, even if we never got to the level that we were in 2022. Unfortunately, we're cooked - still fighting hard to even make the top 8, tactics are out of whack, players are sore and skills are way below what we'd expect from some of our most experienced players.
2023 could turn out to be a huge missed opportunity for the Geelong Football Club.
They just look tired to me.Have sides worked out how to stop Collingwood?
Superb reverse mozzing by you today. Held off the Pies! You just know that Hawthorn wont be winning this game. Which makes whatever lead they get out to even funnier.
People are slowly coming around to the idea that every side is fallible this season. Any team peaking at the right time is a chance. Even Carlton. The idea that Collingwood are some unstoppable juggernaut and that no other team has a chance of winning the premiership this year has to be one of the most BS narratives ever.
