For me it depends who they play. If Brisbane get top 2, and win a QF and PF they get smashed by an Victorian club on GF day at the MCG.
If they get another Victorian club, they aren't a sure thing. Especially since all season they have been kissed on the dick with injuries besides losing Howe in Rd 1.
When they lost Cameron their ruck for a patch of the season they lost to Brisbane and caught teams in poor form but they won games by 6, 13 and 1. They were absolutely get-able.
If they lose Daicos, who had a day out against us, Murphy, Mitchell and Mihocek was on the bench late with a niggle too, all of a sudden they are totally get-able for us but depending on the levels of those injuries it could disrupt them on the run in.
They had momentum, then lost 2 on the trot. They lose to us next week, they have lost 3 on the trot before they have the Lions, who could be playing for top 2, and Bombers who could be playing for top 8.

Seems like the pre-finals bye couldn't come quick enough for Collingwood.

Is blitz done for the year? I thought he is a chance for W1 Finals?
That was the initial talk, but do you think our club, who loves to play ducks and drakes with injuries, is going to let slip what we is happening with one of our most important players?

Blitz is a freak. If anyone can come back it's him

They've got too many in the wrong buckets - too old and finished (Riewoldt, Cotchin, Grimes), haven't quite taken the next step (Graham, McIntosh, Pickett), or far too young and raw and still developing (Young, Mansell, Banks, Coulthard, and the number 43 who looked talented but way too skinny right now). Might beat North with that lineup but not anyone decent. Certainly not the Dogs right now.

Credit to Riewoldt though, he's been finished for half a season and has somehow kicked 30 goals. Very smart footballer.
When they were bad at contest at clearance work their obvious deficiency handed them an obvious strategy to counter it. Just run defensively to pressure the exits against more attacking midfield groups to create turnovers

Now I can't really point to an obvious weakness as they're just a little bit off on every line, which means I can't point to an obvious strategy. Is their midfield the weak point? They've added clearance players there. It's it their forward line? Lynch will come back. Is it their defence? They have names there that look done but also good players too.

The problem with Richmond is there's no agreed weak point so there's no agreed strategy on or off field.

Hard tag on Daicos… and look what happens. Woods didn’t like the contest that the hawks produced in the middle and did nothing about Sicily. Got a bit arrogant with their H & A form … they can still lose two and be on top so we should be beating woods . Probably need to bring in an extra mid to go with their lot …

Big news. I do feel bad for Daicos who has been having a very good season.

That throws the Brownlow betting into chaos too, although tbh I would have been disappointed if Daicos won anyway as for me Bont has been having a miles better season (not to say Daicos hasn't, just that I think Bont's been better) and deserves it more.

Collingwood colly-wollibling, Port 4 loses in a row, Melbourne forward line complaints, Brisbane (lol)... We are at least a chance so we can't give up - have to at least make someone take us out.

Exactly. Had we not dropped easy games we'd be in with a dbl chance and likely not having to travel to Adel.
