I think it is a good compromise. Lose a player who can't get a game, get a decent player back. There was talk of Hawthorn giving up a future third for him, so pick 25 and a future third for Henry is another way of looking at it really.
All in all, Collingwood got what they wanted, Geelong got what they wanted.
