I didn't see you AD, but I was skulking around trying to find shade. Then I left before the end of the third quarter.:(
Was near the entrance to Pie Palace and then went over the other side at half time.

He is sensational in traffic isn't he!
He certainly is. The likes of Ball and Jolly were obviously very important recruits (from other AFL clubs) for us, but with youth on his side (along with his other attributes), he has the potential to be one of our best pickups in the last 20 or so years.

I don't think I've been this excited about our prospects in quite a while, watching our young talent develop over the next few years should be enjoyable.

Geez Dave, wasn't enough that we beat Werribee yet again, now you have to go trolling their North Melbourne supporters as well? All seven of them?

Show some grace in victory, man! :drunk:

Looks like they didn't react well to it either. Dave gets a day off to calm down.

Was a real good hit-out for some of the younger blokes yesterday. Treloar gave us plenty of reasons to be excited, albeit against a lesser opponent. He has so much poise and composure in the contest it is actually ridiculous. Also, his core core strength is amazing! Looking forward to see him in the H&A.

Borthwick played a really solid game, got under the skin of a few of the Werribee players and didn't let them push him around, was good to see a bit of grunt out there.

Close, he keeps getting better and better, moving really well, presenting well, kicking well. There isn't much more you can ask from him.

Was really impressed also with the likes of Crocker and Moloney (as usual)

My cousin played pretty well, was happy with his movements around the ground and competitiveness at the contest. Showed some poise also. Managed to get on the scoresheet, aswell as being involved in a few scoring plays. Was good to see.

Exciting times for the VFL boys this year i think.

Not soft...
No Air Con....no cars...no tv....no super markets...no child care....no super.....no refrigerators..

WE got it so fkin good.
On the bolded, I, and many others, would kill to not have to rely on child care. For most people it's not a service designed to make life easier, rather than keep their heads above water paying a mortgage with horrendously escalating real estate costs. But I agree, we do have it very good compared to our parents and grandparents. Our standard of living is so much better these days it's ridiculous.

Grabbed a quick drink from a tap on someone's front yard, on our way home from a game of footy after school, just on dusk.

And you try and tell the kids of today that....

I can imagine big footy cyber people meet at a game, what do we call each other

I thought Moloney would've been rookie listed by someone last year. Even the bombers recently. surprised.
