Lol yeah righto.
Pressure was on us to perform after a big week last week and we turned up, battled hard and played some electrifying footy against a bloody good team who are top of the table.
We’ve come a long way and we’ll grow from this.

Outcome should have been better but it’s not like gibbo could hold it from 45sec down to 15
Heartbreaking but I think you got to say they probably deserved to win in the end. Can't believe what they missed in the last 5 minutes. We did great but that's football.

Agree Plowman did a lot of good things and had Grays number all day until that kick which should never have eventuated.

Well done to your team. Very impressed!! The mark by Walsh, your ball movement and the level of play from the young players. If you had a dominant defender that would have changed the complexion of the game. The young defenders just need to get bigger...
Got outmarked on the wing all of the 4th quarter and gave them repeat entries.
Got outmarked in defensive 50 all day as well.
Cunningham has 2 free players to use instead of kicking rushed on his left foot to ice the game instead of giving the ball back to them on the goal line.

What a game, shattered in the end but what a team we are building, courage, toughness, skill it’s just amazing how far we have come
There should be no doubt who the best player from the ‘18 draft is now, what a game from Walsh he was fan****intastic, that mark going back with the flight woweee mark of the year and the classy goals as well.
Setterfides great game and just gets better and better now, we have a great young midfield there is no doubt.

All good about Plowman but his player kicked the game winning goal so he needs to stop disappearing in the 4th quarter

2 moments that will be hammered into the lads after this game.
Cuningham running shot for goal, he had a bloke 30m out directly in front in about 20m of space. Have to pass it to him, worst case it's 25-30 seconds off the clock. Best case it's a goal AND 30 seconds. Instead it's an uncontested mark and they go right back up field.
Gibbons at the end going down the line instead of chipping it around. Whether it's Gibbons decision making or perhaps our guys not breaking into position to receive, but that has to go sideways or backwards for an easy pass. I have a feeling a few lads thought it was over and didn't try to find space as opposed to Gibbons choice.
The coaching staff will probably point out 16 other things, but to me those were the 2 killers.

Not sure if having a lark but I am amazed at the improvement in our team. Next week how we deal mentally will be telling. Hopefully we make finals.

yeah it does seem so obvious but coaches must have a good reason. surely they know better than us the pros and cons of that match up.
