Having said I'm confident that they'll all play, Stanton would be the most safe. Zaharakis would be the most underdone, with Ryder 2nd, and given it could be wet, Ryder could make sense. But Stanton will play.

if the weather radar is anything to go by that backline looks ok, a bit alarming considering the talls for the scum but with the ball predicted to hit the deck a lot more our guys look to be better below the knees and expect a lot of high hit free kicks to our defence.

Will make for an interesting match..Its amazing how much depth our defence is finding this year, to think we were less than 3 years ago...

Rain is missing the G by some margin. Very wet in the west but zip close to town. We have gone with a midget defence and I fear the MC have stuffed up big time leaving Watson out. He is our only tall defender still able to walk.

Yep, 85 mins delayed so it leads into their news. If you are a footy fan in Oz there are only 2 choices, go to the game or Craptel. The expats overseas watching on the Australia network will be better off on only a 25 minute delay. Think of this though if it wasn't for 7 who would pay for Vlad and his leeches.

Both teams have had limited exposure to day games this year. Carlton are 2-2 during the day, Bombers 3-2, not taking into account twilight games.

At the G this year, Carlton are 5-2, Essendon are 2-2.

Also been thinking with Judd back our midfield will be the best we have had on the park all year. They can't possibly shut down /tag Murphy, Judd, carazzo, Simpson and Robinson. And if they try they will be too defensive-minded. Plus I think Judd and bell will work well together with Bell being that big bodied midfielder we have been crying out for who can block for Judd!
