If mini doesn’t drop any of the 2 graham or kmac and others like Hugo he is not our coach going forward some of these senior players need a rocket up them he will be another clone of Hardwick having his favourites that he refuses to drop for poor form why are we not getting games into banks brown and bauer and he had only signed a 18 month contract so he could be gone by seasons end

Yeah, God damn Dimma’s loyalty to his players. If only he showed the door to the hacks like Castagna, Butler, Macca and traded out the likes of Edwards, Astbury and Grimes end of 2016 when he had the chance.

Cant to wait to watch Sydney slotting them from everywhere this week after what happened last week.

I assume Warner will miss again, we better not get beaten badly in the midfield after they didnt show up at all last week. It just seems obvious Sydney will run all over us though.

So you don't think senior players should be dropped for poor form if they've played in a premiership?

The best and they even had the pretentious snobs in the Long Room calling us cheats.

I can't believe we're favourites with the bookies for the Sydney game.

Why? We are in much better form over last two months and its at the MCG.

Our last 7
Geelong (9th) - win
Essendon (8th) - loss 1 point
Port (2nd) - loss 10 points
GWS away (10th) - win
Freo away (11th) - win
Saints (5th) - win
Brisbane away (3rd) - big loss

Swans last 7
Fremantle (11th) - loss
Norf away (17th) - win 3 points
Carlton (14th) - win
Saints (5th) - loss
Brisbane away (3rd) - loss
Eagles (18th) - win
Geelong (9th) - draw

Not confident at all.

The selection changes, tactical adjustments and all round response from the group after not firing a shot last week will say a lot about whether McQualter can cut it or not.

He'd absolutely hate to have consecutive flat, lifeless performances on his resume.

I'd also like to see some strong selection changes and the guts to swing the axe and reward some of the kids banging down the door for a debut.

B: Broad - Balta - Grimes
HB: Banks - Vlaustin - Rioli
C: Ralphsmith - Taranto - Ross
HF: Baker - Bauer - Dusty
F: Jnr Rioli - Riewoldt - Cumberland
Fo: Nank - Hopper - Bolton

Bench: Cotchin (mid) , Clarke (forward) , Young (back) & Samson (ruck/fwd)

Sub: Pickett or Graham

In: Dusty, Bauer, Banks, Ralphsmith, Rioli

Out: Short (inj) , Miller , Mcintosh, Pickett , Graham

I’d actually like both Soldo and Bauer to replace Ryan and Miller.
Jack Riewoldt 2 kicks 4 handballs 1 mark 0 goals 0 goal assists, opponent Jack Payne. Ben Mill 3 kicks 1 handball 3 marks 0 goals 2 goal assists. Ben was pick up by Harris Andrews who is Brisbane's best defender and when deep forward was double teamed. Jack is a Tigers great, but he is cooked, yet you want to keep him in the side and drop Miller. I don't get this anti Miller sentiment. He with Bauer is probably our best hope of forward line that can at least contest. Miller doesn't take many marks, but he often stops the opposition marking it which at the moment is probably enough considering how we butcher the kicks into the forward line.

You got first part right but Miller was never double teamed. Andrews played off Miller all night and was all over the Payne Reiwoldt match up.

Jack gets double and triple teamed every week.

It’s not anti Miller, I actually like him but Bauer needs to be given an opportunity.

Harris Andrews also had 13 disposals, took 7 marks and had 5 score involvements.

Payne had 4 disposals, 1 mark and 1 score involvement.

It's actually frightening, mate, that some people on here can never acknowledge certain players played a shocking game.
And if they do, it's always the 'team role's' fault, never their effort or performance.
Only have to read the Jack Graham thread to realise that.

Forwards are not to blame, we are a broken team, once prestia is out we struggle, we need serious ball users to start winning.
