Second actual game against opposition in a real game scenario, we won well, no ACLs, obviously there are areas that can be improved but I'm happy enough with that. Goal kicking was shithouse but nothing that can't improve.

Our efficiency hasn’t either. The two tall forwards who are supposed to be good shots for goal kicked 7 points between them in a match where we had 60-ish inside 50s. Marshall’s first half against the Lions cost us dearly because of inaccuracy. We cut him slack because he had a hip injury. He needs to get that elite finishing back in his game. Finlayson too.
