Have I said they're on par? No. In fact I've actually said Chaplin is better.

Yes but you are only saying he is better now that he is with us when the reality is, Chaplin has always been miles ahead of Gus.

I'm not saying he's a terrible player, I've even said he's improved AND that he's better than Graham at present. But you can't honestly believe he'd be guaranteed a spot in any AFL team?

I think that is meant to read 'Better than Graham hands down no comparison'

Did you watch him at Port throughout his career? Especially more recently?

No I just watched a you tube highlights clip..................................................what's your point

Seriously yes I did, and coincidentally he had very strong B&F results which is rare for a KPD

I expect Adelaide to play like their season is on the line - as it is.

I just can't see how Adelaide could possibly kick a winning score at the G though. For this to happen
Dangerfield would have to cut lose and kick 5 and a 2nd stringer like Jenkins would have to dominate his opponent and kick 4.

I think we have the matchups to control their attack and the leg speed to overrun them.

Hope it doesn't rain as that would even up the contest and play in their favour.

Every team plays us like it's the Grand Final.:D
Teams always put everything and the kitchen sink into our games except for West Coast.

o_O

Wow. For someone that was arguably the worst defender in the worst team, Graham must be pretty shit! As in Laurence Angwin shit..

How come he smoked the other defenders in the B&F polling then?

I think I speak for everybody on this board when I politely ask you to please go away. Its one thing having an opinion, but speaking absolute nonsense is another. Surely time for your afternoon meds!?

But the difference between Chaplin and Graham is that there was always going to be a spot in the 22 for Chaplin at Richmond. You were in dire need of a defender like him, whereas Graham is not even our third best tall and was always going to be in constant battle for a spot in the side.

Do you realise we were also in dire need of a ruckman? You should since we picked up your second stringer to fill that gap, all whilst Angus Graham had every opportunity available to fill that gap himself. Yet we still couldn't get rid of him fast enough.

It's not a hard thing to do at Port who had one of the worst PA tallys. By no means smoked them though. And I said arguably. I think at the end there Port fans were happy to see him go because of his disposal, pace & unreliability with the kick ins.

This is a first, I've been asked to leave for stating that one of your players was poor at his previous club and would not walk into every other clubs 22, as someone stated (fact) yet in the same breath I've said he's improved under better players, coaches and overall conditions and that he's better than Graham. Can't see at all how it's unreasonable, but very well. Good luck on the weekend

You'll find a quote out there to support any argument. Fact is Chaplin has been great for us, disposal efficiency is fine, pace isn't an issue, and doesn't take the kick ins. Their loss is our gain. Regardless, he doesn't play for Adelaide so I have no idea why you're talking about him.

He is miles better than Angus Graham.

Angus Graham is probably the worst AFL footballer I have ever seen. Never have I watched a bloke so big be so afraid of his own shadow and an absolute soft c*ck on the ground.

The final straw for me was the day he kept avoiding a ruck contest v the bulldogs against an undersized Ben Hudson who got 3 brownlow votes I think and towelled him.

Chaplin has come to our club and improved our back line and I couldn't care less to what you saw at Port as it is completely irrelevant. Different role...different game plan.
