Ok I will give you my unbiased opinion. Essendon season ended tonight with an inspid display. Hurley has done his hammy and Hocking the coward will get weeks. Again you have peaked early and now falling into a hole. You next month will show you what the most of the football world already knew - Essendon a middle of the road team that has over achieved and now will be coming back to the field in a hurry. Enjoy the slide.

Wow, that game turned around. Essendon should've been way up at the end of the 1st, they dominated most of the 1st quarter but couldn't capitalise. Saints turned the screws and Essendon wilted.

tbh i thought the exact same thing when north got done by 19 goals down in tassie, but to their credit they've come back very well from it and really should have gotten over the eagles today and hopped (see what i did there) into the eight. hopefully our playing group can have the resilience to come back from our first big defeat of the season, the reality is that we only look quick if we move the ball quickly, the coaching staff and the players will learn from this and move on. full credit to the saints, they completely out played us. but the reality is that we are 10 and 4 and still in a really good spot, a spot that not a lot of people thought we would be in at the start of the season.
thats what i call unbiased and not filled with essendon hate, which btw I'm very pleased with. nobody hates you if you're no good.
