Is it just me that thinks for Sidebottom's supposed superiority he makes a hell of a lot of mistakes? And I don't just mean tonight but regularly.

Had a mare tonight, no doubt. A lot of mistakes and missed targets.

I blame this bs defensive forward role!!!

2 bs defensive forwards.. and what.. yet again an 80 point f game.

Why the f are we sacrificing 2 out of 6 positions for idiots like Blair and Mayne.

Dangerous goal kicking fowards every day for the next millinium.. the formula is that f simple.. if its not fasolo hitting it.. it whe.

Defensive forward role.. is an absolute f farse! Stupidity at it's best!

We have very few dangerous players forward. It really boils down to that. Rectify that, to league average, and we win. Moore needs support. We need Elliott back. And a player that offers movement forward. I liked Broomhead back in the side, he was good. Blair and Mayne, nice effort, but give me hurt factor any day of the week.

Players such as Moore and Schade need to play VFL to further develop their games. Moore l would give a run at CHB in the VFL to learn to read the play. Fasolo needs to play VFL to learn the defensive side of his game, as its still non existant.
Play Elliott, Daicos up forward, Varcoe back from susp and Dunn against Sydney. Play Howe up forward.

WHE was a great pick up - 12 marks tonight! Way more than any other player. How did he get so many? Quick? Reads the play better than most? Too much slack from opposition? I enjoyed tonight's game, but Collingwood's stuck with too many mediocre, B-grade players that have been there too long. They should have been moved on long ago. Geelong don't mind letting them go. Caddy's not bad, for example, but he's not great. Better to let him go and try someone else.

I'm the last bloke to be a Buckley sympathiser because IMV he is just an average coach at best. However tonight's result was less about him and more about those that let Richmond off the hook in front of goal.

Fasolo, Mayne and Moore should hang their heads in shame over the opportunities they burnt tonight. Moore's game overall was fine considering the opposition, but the other two it just isn't good enough.

I think we'll see some new blood next week in Daicos and the biggest bonus is that we didn't pick up a fresh injury AFAIK.

Over to you ...

Good luck 76.......I have decided to do a John Farnham from Bigfooty.

To the 22 players tonight that put a nail into our coaches career.........well done.

Accuracy kills.

We get those few early goals.
We don't kick a point and get a goal, they instead get a goal
We likely win.

How we miss so often, perplexing.

And it's not a coaching issue. Fasolo missing about 3 easy enough shots, that just kills you.

Need more and more elite and A graders.

Until then, we will gave another season just like 1959 onwards with the exceptions of 1990 and 2010.

Twenty years between 1990 and 2010.

Tough business football.

Need more A graders.

How many changes are too many?

Blair
Fasolo
Ramsay
Smith
Crisp
Schade
Aish

All deplorable.

Blair, Crisp and Faz should definitely be dropped.

Bring in Crocker, Daicos and Varcoe.

Should have been 5 goals up at one stage, Poor kicking is poor football.

Letting Cloke go and leaving Moore to battle It out inside 50 was a mistake. I don't care how shit Cloke was, he took the best defender.

We will have a new coach in 2018.

We need to trade a midfielder, probably Sidebottom unfortunately and get a Steven May or Josh Schache.

I partly blame our recruiting team, consistently recruiting midfielders with poor skills, ignoring our spine.

The positives, Grundy was superb, Adams, Treloar, Pendles, Howe were good. Hoskin-Elliott shows so much promise, needs to play forward of centre.

0-2, Sydney next week and we'll be 0-3.

So The Dront Bar is the Mick Molloy Collingwood bashing hour?

I love Dusty, please come to Collingwood.

Where the frog was our awesome foursome from last week? And Pendles did what for thr first 3qtrs?

..and why did we play into their greasy dirty filthy game plan?

Yeah I'll be honest I stopped watching at half time because I was getting so frustrated and thought to myself "I have worked tomorrow and cant be arsed wasting my niget with this."

Jumped back in halfway through the last and things were just as bad.

I felt last year the passion was back but the skills just werent there. We had injuries and young players and took top teams to the limit.

Now we have a full team and not only have the skills gone backwards but the team has even less idea what the gameplan is and our forward line is full of teenagers and rejects.

I know its just post match anger but I have lost hope for this year right now and cant see Bucks coaching us next year. If we end up 0-3 the media will smell the blood and once that happens it is very difficult to turn it around.
