That was an incredible win. The boys were trying from the start but just wasn't working early. To turn it around and absolutely dominate the Cats (for 2 quarters) who's season was on the line and had ridiculous umpire calls going their way was damn impressive. A lot of players found really good form today. Still need some others to life but good signs. Hopefully top 2 in the bag now and we can plan for a home qualifier. Huge moment in our season.

I just don't see what DC brings that Cox doesn't. Didn't rate Darcy's game at all - didn't take his marks, didn't find the footy, and even when he won the hitouts he put it straight down the Geelong mids' throats. His connection with our mids was awwwwful.

I'd bring back Mase as full time ruck.

McStay, Checkers and Howe looked really solid as our three tall setup.

No room for DC sadly.

Could not agree more plus Cox is a MUCH better tap ruckman

Loved Jack's work - he's one touch, smart, unselfish.
Nathan Murphy - great game, continues to grow in stature.
Checkers running into form at the pointy end.
Josh covering for his brother by getting enough disposals for both of them.
Bobby was electric - great game from him.
Lippa - great game as a MID, where he should be.

That's more like it Pies!

That game day thread may need some editing... some shocking comments from pies supporters

You don't get it.

Real supporters feel the hurt more intensely when the team is playing bad. Their pain and angst is so great that they have to rubbish the players and question them as people. It's the only way they can get relief.
