What a cracking game this was. Close all day, some brilliant individual performances, and more importantly ...... WE WON!

Reardo came from nowhere to snag 4 goals straight and 16 disposals. Beautfifully aided in the goal department by tigs2010 with 3.1, TheGoatBaron with 2.1 and fitzroybowiedog and DERRINALPHIL with 2.0 apiece. In a tight, low-possession game, DERRINALPHIL took 22 to go with his 9 hitouts and Pure Grunt helped himself to 21. SpecialBruce laid 7 tackles and royboy2 6.

This was our busiest match thread of the season - and arguably the most enjoyable. Well I enjoyed it anyway. Such fun! Anyway back on point. We had 18 posters and 808 posts - more than rounds 7-10 combined. Love your work team.
In another twist, Mobbs was overtaken in the spam stakes by Phar Ace. Not by much. Just a single post. But a win is a win. Special mentions to to TheGoatBaron and Ed_Gein who had a whale of a time.

The great win today takes us up to 4th, less than one percentage point from 3rd and one win from the top. Nosebleed stuff. Next week we're at home to dead last Bombers, so ........ so let's just make sure we don't mention that at any point in the next 7 days. I'm not superstitious, I just believe in random unrelated acts affecting other non-correlated events if you talk about them out loud.

Let's just male sure the Bombers never get off the ground.
