Yeh I’m so outta shape from being home so much, generally I love to go places and walk alot, I’m not great at dieting and home exercise…no motivation for that. But if we’re like at the beach or a nice place I can walk for hours which is my no. 1 form of exercise I guess.I do 5:2 diet. Need to lose 8kgs at most 4kgs at least.

Yeah need that good weather pronto, gardening and walking for an hour is better than nothing. New runners tend to get me up and about for a while at least anyway lol, living life in ugg boots 90% of the time atm.I have a very small home gym setup, but hard to get outside in the Melbourne winter to make use of it. Rental place isn't big enough to get it inside...

Excuse my ignorance, What is 5:2? Eat anything for 5 days, starve for 2? Or the other way around?I have done the 5:2 diet a fair few times in the past and always lost 4kgs but always aim for 8-7kgs.
