Finals are terrifying atm & will continue to be until we purge Donuts. The thought of playing Brisbane in that GF & what the margin would have been is nightmarish stuff.

Only thing the club can do is fast track a succession plan but if they do and we fall out of the 8. The criticism will be much heavier.

My prediction is the club will make no changes before the season.

Do poorly, succession plan gets announced as early as mid season.

i think the succession will 100% happen at the end of next season. Kens best hope is to go out with a win.

I Would like the club to come out and announce it early so Carr can exert more influence

Get his papers stamped out and bring in Carr before the trade and drafting period.

Any change would be a positive. IMO Port going into 2025 without a senior coach is a much better position to be in then having Kern at the helm
