If that is in fact the case, I'm intrigued to know what next year's pass mark is. In the last three seasons we've gone 14, 12 and 10 wins, all of which have been deemed satisfactory.

The reality is, if Ken is coach next yr, the pressure will be 10-fold what it is now on the coach and players (especially once the wheels fall off), it will end in absolute disaster. We can't even rock up to win a game that gives us a finals berth without looking like a national joke.
We need a circuit breaker, getting rid of Ken will set new standards and create an environment where that mental fragility will go with him, it's a collective thing, he just gets shitty because he knows its him!
