I remember seeing vision of a game last year at half time in the rooms and Schoey had about 15 players all around the whiteboard totally engaged and with total buy-in.

When I watched footy classified last night it sounded as if that conversation was in reference to his extension at the end of 2017 when he sat down with David, KT etc. Certainly didn't come across as if he asked for more support now.
