I would bet ken worse than other long term coaches, GWS, Geelong, Richmond and so on
He’d have to be one of the worst across all teams since 2013.
An average of 32% against top 8 teams and 21% against the top 4. That’s deplorable

I would bet ken worse than other long term coaches, GWS, Geelong, Richmond and so on
and it's the Ken Hinkley Football ClubRename Alberton, Hinkleton
Basically those stats mean that Hinkley has turned Port into the quintessential flat track bullies who wilt under pressure against the top teams
We didnt need those stats to tell us what we already knew
What in tarnation?
This is just outlandish. We made a prelim last year for God's sake.
And how good is it to make those inspirational comebacks against the top teams. Yes, we never actually get over the line against them, but the fact that we never give up shows our fighting spirit.Yeah but how good is beating gold coast?
Well we're on track for his worst record against top 4 teams and his worst record against top 8 teams so no.

Great information. However, it needs to be benchmarked vs other teams. Otherwise, there is no context. Is 32% vs top-8 good, bad or horrible? I wouldn't suggest doing this for every other team, but maybe for a few selected teams. One that you would consider worse than us (say GC, Carlton, Essendon?) and one that has been consistently good (say Richmond? Sydney? Geelong?).View attachment 1450587
I’ve just run the calcs.
Anyone able to make this data more visually appealing?
EDIT: We’ve never been better than 50% against top 4 teams and that was back in 2014.
Spread the word everyone.
Stats don’t lie.
Wouldn't expect anything less from a Koch appointed employee of the club. This guy gets paid actual money to say crap like this.

Fourth tenth place finish and if you count the year he overachieved slightly and we finished ninth that's 50% of the seasons he coached at Ports.ken stinko is well on track to achieve his FOURTH 10th place finish... in TEN YEARS. what an absolute loser

"Yes I know we're the only team in recent memory to lose by 10 goals against Hawthorn, and I'm also aware that we registered our first ever goalless first half in round 4. But apart from those minor glitches, Ken is coaching better than ever."Rucci is just trolling us at this point.

How's the stability?
Have hinkie become sack yet?

'White noise'......... but in saying that how else do you show your frustration? write a letter and pop it in the post? Club survey?
AFL 2019: Ken Hinkley confronted the Port Adelaide board asking them to assure him of his job two weeks ago
as soon as anyone dares mention the word "SACK" hinkley barges into the board office and stares them down and they cower like pansies and hand him an extension.
WHAT SORT OF CLUB LETS THE COACH RUN THE ENTIRE ORGANISATION? THE COACH IS MEANT TO BE SUBSERVIENT TO THE BOARD
To be fair - the crows would have sacked Ken by now.Imagine ken coaching a team that didn't have players like Wines, Gray, Boak, early Wingard, Rozee, Aliir, Ryder, Dixon etc etc.
He's had all the talent in the world to play with and delivered * all.
Can you imagine him coaching the crows list? He'd make Nicks look like a mastermind
