Of course we on BigFooty are regarded as irrelevant white noise by the club. Supporters who expect too much. A vocal minority.

But the simple facts are this. There are only 7 clubs in this competition with a longer premiership drought than us. There are only 4 clubs with a longer grand final drought. Another decade of non achievement and these numbers will likely reduce, further entrenching us as an unsuccessful club. This is happening in real time no matter what spin the club puts on it.

We are the vocal minority but if the club was paying anything more than lip service to its motto of 'we exist to win premierships' then the depressing reality that the vocal minority are in fact correct would be at some stage acknowledged.

I just listened to his dribble on 5aa last night. I can't believe that it was possible to dislike him even more. Going on about our preseason form against no opposition. As if that really counts for shit. He has lost it. Even the internal trial was disappointing.
He is setting himself for round 1 if he gets flogged.
Port Adelaide, we exist to get participation awards for training hardery with no opposition

Ken is going to go this year. There's no way his game plan will hold up with our draw. We won't play finals. So he should not get another contact.
I think this is very likely despite Koch's previous poor form
So at what point does it happen. Just for example (not a prediction). If we beat (2022) bottom 8 teams and lose to top. We will be 0-3 to start and then about 50/50 for most of season , finishing on about 10 wins and missing finals. That does sound about right
I think it will drag on with the sacking happening towards the end.

That Hinkley interview on AA was nothing short of bizarre. Either Ken knows something we all don't and theyre going to surprise everyone round 1 - or he's completely delusional and has already reached the "speak it into existence" phase incredibly enough prior to round 1.

Or he's just genuinely not very smart and his understanding of football is on par with the 'iF yOuRe gOiNg tO cOmPlAiN wHy dOnT yOu gO aNd sUpPoRt tHe bLoOdY tInGlEs' tier Facebook commenters.

My mind goes back to when I once Ubered an assistant from Gold Coast that used to work with him, and when I told him "I'm not sure if he's smart enough for the top job, what do you think?" ... he said "erm ... he's probably smart enough but I'm not sure he's cut out to handle the stresses". Maybe the first part of his reply was cautously worded. I mean .... he's not smart enough surely, is he? Look at him during games, instead of anazlyzing on the fly and making moves, he sits there and spectates and guzzles coke zeros.

I don't know why people keep talking up Buckley. I don't think he's proven much. Would be far from my first choice.

Got an open mind. Not my first choice but if he genuinely wanted the job and was prepared to jump though hoops to get it I'd talk to him.

I'm at the point after watching 2 trials I'm talking to anyone. I fear for the players.

I'm sure we have all seen people doing the bare minimum while serving out the end of their contract. That's what Ken is doing. Even the interviews are the equivalent of busy work, with the same tired statements trying to gaslight us into believing the evidence we've seen is incorrect. He is literally treading water.

This. We can’t have another generation wasted.

Rozee, Butters, JHF, Todd et al have the potential to be dominant.

He's been doing it for years 😔

He's just waiting until he can get out of the pool so he can then hold our head underwater.
