Interesting. Keep the pressure up everyone.

So I'm in favour of gathering on the Hill & displaying signs during NTUA. After the opening bounce we could then chant for several minutes & then head back to our seats. I sit mid tier Eastern stand & would probably be the only person in my section with a sign. For this to work we need commitment from at least 50 people imo.

Need a thousand.

It won't happen but no longer participating on mass in the game day happy clapper experience of NTUA at the showdown is a strong protest. I haven't stood up all season.
GremioPower had a great idea for NTUA. I would link it... But don't know how.

I should learn one day 🤔 maybe need to get my 10 year to show me.

Like this 😂🤣😂🤣🤣🤣

If there are sack hinkley and sack koch signs being held all around the ground, they will be noticed, broadcast and discussed. I agree they shouldn't be offensive or over signage but a real public sentiment can cause real change.

Yes, probably better to have signs dispersed around the ground rather than concentrated in one spot. That way the cameras catch the message every time they show the crowd. It also gives the impression of widespread dissatisfaction rather than a bunch of miscreants.

I dislike the decisions the club is making as much as anyone however if the Showdown is Robbie’s final game, turning it into a crapshoot about Ken/Koch I think would be very disappointing and disrespectful towards him.

Pack the ground, support the team for Robbie and send him out as the champion he’s been for the club.

It’s not the right time or place to be making a statement when one of our all time best is likely hanging up the boots.

This will actually be the board/clubs strategy. It is sickening as it is predictable. Wheel it out as Robbie's last match to curb the "White Noise" and to try and shame people from making a statement as disrespectful to Robbie. It is so so predictable.

Sorry Robbie, but it's the only time we've got.

Then hide from the members til the first game of pre season

Just on Robbie. What Hinkley said about him annoyed the crap out of me. Now we all love Robbie, he's easily been our best player since Tredrea, but Hinkley basically said, if Robbie wants to go on it will be Robbies decision and Robbies decision alone. Well no, it's the clubs decision whether they want to give Robbie another year you ****head! If the club decides that Robbie should hang up the boots, then that is that. Just another indication that Hinkley sees the individual as greater than the club.

Even if that is the case, I think Robbie deserves the utmost respect and needs to be sent out on a high.

Storm Alberton, scream for the stars after the game but let the game be about him.

Robbie Gray has never played in a grand final. Sacking Hinkley would be a great way of honouring Robbie Gray. Its not hard to love Robbie Gray and hate Hinkley at the same time.

Delete this.

One of the other big messages would be to not stand up with the scarves and NTUA

I stood up once this year, admittedly I have only been to 3 games, that was the Hawthorn crapfest where they showed absolutely nothing for the great man.

Haven't joined in since, and won’t until these can’ts get out of the club.

Not sure about attending next year at this stage but that will be a joint decision with my daughter and mate.

It’s more disrespectful to Robbie to allow the club he risked life and limb for spiral into total insignificance without a whimper and by allowing them to use him to save their arses one last time.

A walk out mid showdown regardless of the score would be good, even though they get the crowd figure and the money. Would send some sort of message, surely.

I wouldn't be doing that if it does turn out to be Robbie's farewell.

Taking a SACK KEN & KOCH placard or banner to the Showdown is probably one of the better strategies suggested thus far. It certainly beats letting the bastards beat you by handing in your Membership or supporting the opposition when we play. At least it will show Koch and Co that the proletariat is unhappy. Not sure if they still do the march from the Mall to AO but having a few banners in that procession would not hurt.

As it stands Koch and Co are either oblivious to or are ignoring a groundswell of dissatisfaction with the current Coaching regime. I do not have that much face to face contact with other Members these days but I can honestly say that among the Port supporters that I mix with I would struggle to find anyone who is satisfied with Hinkley.

As I posted previously that Choco for Baghdad placard held up at a Port match in 2006 got plenty of publicity so dozens of SACK KEN & KOCH banners are likely to do the same.
Haha, the famous ‘Choco for Baghdad’.

A ‘Ken for Kiev’ but not sure how it would get viewed with todays modern day politics.

I'm getting a lot of stick about this on twitter from accounts with 3 followers that have a username of a first name followed by a bunch of numbers.

Also some well meaning happy clappers, and some for whom this breach of decorum is worse than any performance the club could serve up.

And (who appears to be the real) Mark Aiston.

Lots of excellent support though.

Do they still lower the volume at the end of NTUA? This might be a good opportunity if there was enough people on board to chant SACK HINKLEY!

Just on this, as mentioned above, NTUA would be a good time to hold up SACK HINCKLEY & KOCH A4's and get the banners out!
They didn't lower it against Richmond.
