Matthew Primus on where Robbie Gray stands in the pantheon of Port Adelaide greats ...

"Robbie and Warren Tredrea are at the top of the tree (of Port Adelaide's greatest AFL players). It is so hard to separate two superstars. For longevity, for playing at a super high level for such a long time, the way he changed games, for me the best are Tredrea and Gray. They stand out for what they did for so long."

Take notes on how to respect club greats Daddy Donuts you f***face.
No doubt Stinkley was taking a deliberate pot shot at Tredrea.

Hinkley hates Tredrea. Hinkley probably deliberately made the Gray comment to put down Tredrea

He’s that much of a malicious c****

Let's just hope Tredders gets back into the media next year and makes Hinkley's life a living hell.
Unlike the spineless one (Kane Cornes), Tredders is unlikely to back down if challenged by Donuts.

That already happened.

And the ‘club’ (flamboyant 90’s sitcom air quotes, because she’s currently the lass trapped in the well in Silence Of The Lambs) is a disgrace for allowing this pr¡ck to ostracise one of its GOAT’s over such criticism.

Lol Caro with the closing comment tonight "If Clarko does choose Essendon, don't rule out a move for Hinkley to North".

Seriously, I've had a gutful of this sh*t. These so called people with "sources" just make it up as they go.
So does Hinkley.

There's a logic though. Ken is staring down the prospect of no contract renewal at Port and ending up with no gig.

If North comes knocking he's smart enough to hold that to put that to us with an extend me or let me go call.

We're completely vulnerable if that happens because our admin has show itself to be fairly incompetent at negotiating.

Sounds like Hinkley is feeling comfortable and probably going to see out his coaching working life at Alberton next year. He’s probably made enough. I doubt he would take on the Nth job and doubt he’d be offered it. Might be banking on a few media gigs to keep himself interested.

“Thanks Ports”

I was thinking this today but I think he'll back himself to get another extension here (why wouldn't he) & that'll get him to his late 50's.

Why go to ground zero at North if the above is likely, he can round it out here & then head home for regular reacharounds with Whateley.

Bloody hell. Media gig. Kill me now.

I’m quite resilient but that’s a dark place I can’t go to.

You can see how it would go though:

Ken: David, North have offered me 5 years, I want an answer today or I'm going.
David: I need stability, sign this contract I prepared earlier, 5 years locked in.

I just found the only thing more bogan than Daddy Donuts - 'Gender Reveal Burnouts'

I can't believe the amount of discussion about Port's injury list - on big footy and the media - as though it's anything beyond average in terms of what clubs have to endure.
Its not even average, we've probably had a better injury toll than almost any other team or than we've had for almost any of Hinkley's other seasons. Outside of Orazio you could argue we've had close to our best 22 available almost every single week.
