I watched one minute of hinkleys presser and stopped

Cannot believe the first thing he wheels out is “we learnt some valuable lessons”

Again…..
Seems we get handed lots of lessons but we never fking learn from them..

I watched, I think I was in shock.

It's funny how he in one breath he will point out 3 top 4 finishes in the past 4 years and then talk about the need for learning and finals experience.

Who said it was genuine information? I said purportedly. No disrespect as I like your insights but maybe try a dictionary.

You’re still sharing it as if it’s some kind of valid rumour, which leads to others picking it up and sharing it as if it is, cause they don’t know.

It’s the second time I’ve seen someone share it directly and now you see people on sharing it as if it came from some semi-valid source.

If it comes from Rowe surely you attach a

Lol, Rowe said … at the start.

If you'd said to me after the 21 capitulation that not only would we not make finals in 22, we would also finish equal second in 23 and bail out in straight sets and Hinkley would still be resigned to 25 I wouldn't have believed it in a million years.

If you tell me now that we wont make finals next year or the year after but the players will win 5 games on the trot at the end of the 25 season to enable a Hinkley extension I have no reason at all not to believe it.

2026, koch, richo, Ken will still be here, Kane will still be parroting that Ken still has the players and thats what brings success and the gravy train will continue.

Still doing the mental gymnastics required to front the media with some ridiculous reason to still support Ken

His work there is done. He can criticise the players.

Also just blamed injury and personnel… then there was some other waffle and everyone was confused by his word magic.

2024: Ken Hinkley will get us to top 4, then straight sets again.
We won't make finals next year. It's not a contract year for Kenny so why would we bother.

132 games as a player without a flag

246 games as a coach without a flag

All he knows is losing
Even his greyhounds dont win anything.

It’s unbelievable the correlation between when Kens extension was agreed in principle and our form nose diving

I was saying it as half piss take half meaning it but wow extending Ken really was their premiership…

"We never looked like winning the game, but we still had enough opportunity to put some real pressure on."

What a weak campaigner

"Somehow we were almost a chance in that game... I'm not quite sure how but we were almost a chance"

Are you ****ing kidding me. How is this guy a coach

Still waiting for Janus to post.
He would be formulating a wall of text waffle explaining how it was something to do with the alignment of the stars or something.

I don't like PA or want you to be successful. And I still hate this person.

I can't explain that, other than a personal dislike for frauds and manipulative, anti responsibility dumb ****s. He almost celebrates his anti thinking, post truth bullshit. The ****en audacity and shamelessness is stark, and a lesson for all can occasionally suffer from imposter syndrome.

There needs to be a Netflix series on how this person has bewitched a proud footy club. ****en remarkable.

We would've given 119 a shake if we made the prelim.

In a way I'm glad we didn't get over the line, say we kicked 9 goals instead of 9 points in the last quarter. We would get blitzed by Collingwood.

Isaac Smith saying we don't manage our seasons well, always banged up coming into finals. Matt Lloyd pointing out the same issues they had with us this time last year - ruck and key defence - still have not been addressed.

Lloyd said one team was super hard and super keen and one wasn't. That's on the coach, yet again in finals.
