have you sat back for a moment and thought that it could actually be possible that the rape claims maybe falsehoods? Thats right Skip this has happened before. so it seems that in your eyes the players are guilty.

Please show me where I have said or even implied that the players are guilty. Youre making up BS now.

I have no clue as to innocence or guilt, and I dont pretend to know.

I also dont assume to know that a woman who is alleging rape is taken civil action for the purposes of making money. This is what you assumed, stated and said you believed. Unless you have evidence to show this to be true then you are the one that is clearly making judgements.

You stated I had trouble comprehending Victim mentality, therefore claiming she is a victim implying that the players are guilty.
So you can cut your BS.

Pointless even discussing with you. Victim = Person making allegations of crime. Defendant = accused.

Now show me where I have said or even implied that the defendants are guilty.

that's a pretty loose claim made by skip then

i think it's pretty dangerous to claim the guys are guilty or the girl is chasing the money. Both senarios have dangerous lasting effects.

think about it, if she is a victim, she's now dealing with the 'money chaser' label just b/c she's doing the right thing and seeking retribution.

i wouldn't go around saying the guys were guilty either, b/c that would be a terrible thing for a guy to have to go through (if they're innocent).

You claimed there was a victim involved by stating that, was it the players you were talking about? I don't think so, oh and please stop following me around BF, it's getting scary.

is that what you say to someone when they beat you in an argument? :)

i don't know of any girls that have lied about being r*ped for money (i'm not saying they don't exist). However i do know of 2 girls that have had 'incidences' with high profile sportsmen and have done nothing about it. One was embarassed and didn't want to bring anymore shame to herself and the other one knew the burden of proof would be impossible should it go to court.

Guys in high profile sports do have a tendency to get a little silly and get away with it. So girls have to be aware of this and the public have a responisibility to not treat these guys as angels just b/c they play sport... they're not! :)

here you go fireman, i've quoted it for you as it seems too hard for you to go back a page and actually read what i wrote... read that while i get the other one for you...

 nice way of avoiding a stuff up, poor form Skip.

what are you on about. You end the discussion with "oh and please stop following me around BF, it's getting scary". and then tell me Im avoiding something.

Once again for your information

Victim = Person making allegation of crime.
Defendant = Accused.

Do you understand this language?

and that has something to do with Skip beating me in argument???
and the name Stooge was apt in this case.

PS as for your post there was a woman convicted recently of claiming rape against a sports person. Can't remember off hand who it was, maybe someone can help with that.

I dont know about you but I dont actually give a ******** about who is percieved to be beating who.

I picked you up on a point, explained what I think and thats that. If you cant accept discussion without the "stop following me around" crap then the problems is yours.

Very disappointing Fireman. Expected better from you.

I think its preferable that we see some false accusations by women rather than the enormous amount of assaults that went unreported. Its about time sportspeople realise they are not above basic human decency.

i absolutely agree and what pi$$es me off with this is that when someone does report it, they are immediately labled a; liar, money chaser... whether she be telling the truth or not this aint a great incentive for the thousands of rape victims to use the law.

lol nice try, why did you acuse me of not understanding victim mentality when a victim hasn't been substantiated? Is a person a victim if nothing has happened to them?
Definition:
1. somebody hurt or killed: somebody who is hurt or killed by somebody or something, especially in a crime, accident, or disaster

who is the victim Skip?
