Should what's on our website be included on this thread ,just asking as you would think most would have it .
When this was started it was for media stories that some others mightn't see .
Please this is not policing , ot attempting to mod , just interested in thoughts on it .
Also i think our media is improving

We will often post comms from the club here, sometimes via their tweets and sometimes by other means. Why? Because the AFL media landscape is huge and in truth not everyone has twitter or visits the club webpage.

Probably, but I guess they've gone for their best form rather than recent form. Eg. Gawn's output last year due to injuries and such was a bit up and down, but everyone knows he's the best ruckman in the comp at his best.

A fair question would be "other than those four who is better?". GWS guy wasn't last week, O'Brien maybe, Big Oscar? Witt?

Speaking of Media. I have been trying to get the replay of the trial Match up on Watch AFL. They don't have it. They have about half the matches up, but not ours. I have contacted them and they have gotten back to me with the usual bull. We have been in contact with the department in charge of this area and have informed them of the issue. I am not saying they did not generate some sort of shite online to the techos but there has been no action. I say that because the match was on the Watch AFL channel three days ago. But never sent to Shows/specials replay. Still not there.

Is it the same with Kayo, which I can't access because I am out of the country?

It's still there on Kayo. Are you sure last week's practice matches are on Watch AFL? I just checked that site and I couldn't find any of the practice matches.

If it's any consolation, the replay of this week's game will likely be available on AFL.com.

I call myself a real rusted on Swans fan - been a member for over 20 years now, miss very, VERY few home games, usually get to at least 2 or 3 interstate games a year.....

And I support GWS (when they're not playing us or Lions).

Logan didn't mince a premium backline in my opinion. It all depended on who was playing on him as to how prolific he was. Himmelberg shut him down easily. They left Aliir on him for too long

That is Aleer. Leek Aleer & he did. They had a few problems. Even if Taylor wanted to go to McDonald, Wil Hayward would not let him. Hayward shut him down. Then scored 3 on him. Hayward is underrated on here just like Rowbottom. They had to switch the other three around because Wil was taking Taylor out of the equation. Very clever coaching.

Not biased at all mate quite a balanced article we were 15th on the ladder after 17 rounds (bottom 3) its only a few late wins that salvaged a disaster of a season.

There were good reasons for that though. We lost all of our key backs. Half our midfield. Some forwards. Amartey was a huge loss seeing he was on fire. No season can be defined by loss more than ours last year.

Rowbottom's highly rated on here. People just don't want him getting the ball and prefer a 7 gamer. But they really rate him!
