Maybe the members scarf or hat should have like a cross on it for every grand final you suffered through.

If you see another member with the 96,06,14,16,22,24 crosses you just give them a nod

Then of course if you meet Bedford and he has his 34,35,36,45 crosses you bow down to the old boy.
