Murphy, Rowe, Crouch, Murray, McHenry, Milera are not and now never will be finals standard players, barely get a game in a top 10 side.
This is the truth.
You can see it but our coaching and list management can't.
Each of these blokes have had more than enough games to show their wares and each have major flaws in their games.

Both Fog and Rankine have new hairstyles and moustaches, and both are playing well

It can’t just be a coincidence, surely..
Ladhams has a mo going at Sydney too.

Looks like the Gooch went too early...

It's hilarious you keep banging that drum despite enough evidence to the contrary to have you committed.

Laird too, he was fantastic.

Crouch..... Rubbish.
evidence?.. what ****ing evidence are you talking about?..

anyone that watched that game today and thought ben and laird had fantastic games is utterly delusional.

Dumb:
How good is Logan McDonald.

Logan's a jet and I'd love to have him at the club. He's also the kind of player who succeeds because of intangibles - which don't require 'development' to harness. He stops time. He makes the right decisions. His execution of those decisions is terrific. You get that by combining a great footy brain & spatial awareness with time & experience. We could not have ****ed him up.

But it's unrealistic and borderline dishonest for people to use his success as a comparison for Riley. They're different players. They entered the system with different development curves ahead of them. Logan was always more ready made. High level WAFL player pre draft. Not as tall or with the same physique. KPPs take longer, but the tall ones take even longer. Look how long it took Wright, McKay, Max King etc. to really hit their straps.

Riley always entered the system as a bloke who was going to be a slow burn as he grew into his body, put on efficient bulk and figured out what it could do. He's not as smart a footballer, so needs the time to learn what he doesn't know that a McDonald type entered the system already having. If you'd asked recruiters to project their careers, they'd have probably predicted exactly what's happening; McDonald doing ok early, Riley taking some time. And yet still they ranked the pair pretty evenly. Nothing's going different to what was expected. The only curveball is how eager we've been to blood him at league level. Some very good key forwards cut their teeth in the magoos for a long time figuring it out.

The kid will be fine. Least of our worries.

Career best games for Fog and Murray

Surely cannot continue without mini forward line of Rowe McHenry and Murphy as just not got body or skills to compete and even if happen to fluke getting a ball certainly not crumbs as that does seem to be their job ,they all cant kick a goal or over 30 metres.
But we made a great change 2 weeks ago and brought some experience back in team Milera ( if he ever was, he never is) and Crouch just so frustrating watch this player in all aspects of game including making Kelly look like a fast decision maker in possession and all aspects of modern game and I haven't been one of the board Crouch haters but becoming a life member.
We just need to get some size youth and best skill set we can into team and move on from the plodders and those that have endeavour but nothing else.
Look we had some good players and plays out there and some shining lights Fogerty ,Soligo ,Hately and Tex and Laird provided a lot .
