I don’t think we can underestimate the Silvagni crystal ball reading in all that. To know that he’d likely be back at Carlton as head of list management and that under his steerage they’d be in a position to take Nick with the no1 pick and circumvent our FS advantage is genius. Too bad they threw him out before he could deliver on that spoon and all his work luring Nick to the dark side.

Carlton recruit Elijah Hollands is facing a charge of possessing a dangerous drug in Queensland.
The former pick 7 in the AFL draft sealed a trade from the Gold Coast Suns to the Blues this week.
The Southport Magistrates Court confirmed to that Elijah Hollands, 21, was due to appear on October 31 on a charge of possessing dangerous drugs, believed to be cocaine.
