Hello Eagles fans!

The embedded resources below are kept up to date by the trade board mods (as much as possible – we are human after all). Enjoy!

Keys you may like to sticky this post & move it to the start of the thread (so the sticky post doesn't rotate if a post is deleted before it), or copy it to your draft thread if you have one.

Unsure if it's a genuine grammar mistake, or it's part of your general schtick/how your creative juice flow, because it's in almost every post you make but...

He's is the short form of 'he is' or 'he has'.
For example: " Don't be scared - he's very friendly."

His is a possessive pronoun, it is used to show something belonging to or connected with a man, boy or male animal that has just been mentioned.
For example: "Mark just phoned to say he'd left his coat behind. He's very worried. Do you know if this is his?"

I've been biting my tongue all season (and it's been f*king killing me), but I've said it now.

You're welcome

Otherwise, content usually on point. Love your work.
We should just draft Read

Lol at Zac Fisher requesting a trade to Norf. Is there anything more uninteresting than players moving from Vic club A to Vic club B?

Suspect Fisher will fade away into obscurity now like most (all?) who go to Norf.

Well he will have a 4 or 5 contract on his back pocket so I’m sure he will get plenty of chances..

Would comfortably be best 18 in our team

Zac Fisher is smallish and bog average = will fade away wherever he goes.

If Dev wasn't from WA, we would be decidedly uninterested.

Focus on upgrading picks and lets take kids that at least have a chance at being B and A graders.

Zac Fisher to form an irresistible half forward line alongside former Rising Star winner Jaidyn Stephenson

Zac Fisher will go for nothing or even a pick upgrade to North. He is a salary dump for Carlton.

Just on Curtin and his kicking. He is a very good field kick both technically and in his execution. He has however at times been tentative to use it and try and break games open or take the harder option. Regularly handballs to a receiving player who is a worse kick or just does a little dinky kick. Im not worried about him developing as a key defender but if he is too slow on picking the right option and executing he loses his one truly elite trait for his position. He is a very well rounded prospect but I really wanted to see a touch more physicality from him and leadership in being the one to take the game on.

Him missing the combine is irrelevant, he would have tested well for his position but not well enough to move his draft range.

Good summation of the Robertson situation from Mark Duffield

Reads like copium again. The club would be crazy disappointed we missed out on him and now our plans with the upcoming trade and draft period will have to be changed. This might include an increased desire to trade down pick 1 for multiple picks.

Some big differences to Cal on October ESPN rankings. Schoenmaker, Stevens for example very high. Pick 20 will end in the Demattia, Jiath, Sanchez range based on this but if Hardeman or Windsor actually slide it’s a no brainer. Swans might also be looking to trade out their pick 23 for some later picks given it will be eaten by a Cleary bid.

If the club is planning on changing its draft plan based on Dev Robertson we may as well fold.

I'd suggest your account has been hacked but this is the typical level of masochistic delusion from you, so....

These are some serious hoops to jump through even by your standards.

Eagles so devastated that they didn’t get Dev (who isn’t even that good) that they trade pick 1
